Good location,close to shops, restaurants,metro station of Syntagma square and archaelogical sites. Rooms are small and a lot of the light balbs do not function. Bed mattress soft but could feel the springs on your back. Breakfast is poor. Have used the hotel several times and I could suggest one should demand a room on 3rd or 4th floor. Next time I shall choose a hotel less central but with more facilities.

Leo the manager was very helpful as was the other staff members. Conveniently located near the Palatka and Syntagma Square. Good value.

The location is the only thing going for this place.Otherwise €70 is taking the proverbial. They do have wifi but the staff are unhelpful to the point of being almost rude.I'm not sure they understand what customer service is. My room was tiny and had a view of a brick wall. Athens is in denial if it thinks these prices are merited or sustainable.

I would say this is the worst hotel I've stayed during my Greece trip where the room was small, staff at front desk was not helpful at all...

I booked a double or twin room but I found it was a room with twin beds, the staff at front desk told me a double bed is 2 twin beds putting together! Our room was a small one with a tiny toilet, the bathing area is enclosed by a halk piece of glass, making the water spilling out when taking shower.

The official check out time is 12noon, I was making a request to the front desk staff that if we can leave the bags in the room for a little bit longer and check out before 12.30pm, the staff just said "No, you must check out before 12noon"...I dont mind if he coudln't offer me anything for late check out, but he simpy had no intentioon to do anything for me and what a straight and rude reply!

I chose this hotel simply because its location, but I don't think it's valued for money! To be fair, the only good point I could say about this hotel is good reception of free wi-fi in the room and in public areas,
