Friendly and helpful staff, always perfect English on reception :)
American breakfast included was also very good (bakery+++) but coffee only instant. Shower curtain in bathroom leaks, floor become very wet, almost puddle.

Location Kolonaki near Syntagma is excellent, but this place is not typical for Athens, it's chik and clean. Close to sightseeng and shopping.

Price and quality are in correspondence, but I don't think it's ****, *** is more likely.

Was so happy with this hotel - bang in the middle of everything and right in the center of Kolonaki. The rooms are lovely - really spacious and nice, clean bathrooms. My safe didn't work and the breakfast wasn't amazing, but there's a nice cafe on the street level and it's a 1 minute walk to Attica department store and next to all the shops. I was there during the taxi strike but thankfully everything I needed I could walk to. Take flat shoes for the area though! Would definitely go back to this hotel and it was quite cheap for what they offered.

We've stayed here a few times in the past 5 years. Last Dec 2010, we stayed and found the quality of the facility to have seriously lapsed, however, it does not keep us from recommending the hotel due to its great location just 2 blocks from Syntagma Square. Its close enough to walk but far enough to avoid the continued protests. We found the regular double rooms in better shape then the larger more expensive double. Regardless, the breakfast is good and the Staff are always very helpful. We would still stay here again.

Within walking distance of many attractions. Room size was very nice, but furniture and carpeting appeared old.
