Rooms were dirty and there was a blood stain on the sheets. The heating didn't work and when we approached the staff they were very dismissive. They didn't even attempt to repair the heating or offer an alternative room so spent three days/nights absolutely frozen. The windows are not sound proofed so having a peaceful night of rest is impossible as the hotel is situated on a main road. Ps- I would take some teas bags along as they ran out of tea completely at breakfast. Breakfast was very poor!

We stayed here for one night and if it had been more than that, we would have moved hotels. The staff are very friendly but that is where the positives end. We did not feel safe in the area, the room was grubby and shower falling apart. I do regret not checking Trip Advisor before we went - as first time visitors to Athens I did not research the area or the hotel enough and having to make your way back here at night can ruin a wonderful day in Athens. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else and avoid this hotel and area!

Although The hotel is not far from plaka (20mn walking) The location is totally insecure especially in The evening. The service in The hotel is below expectation. The breakfast is poor with a poor service.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in during the moth we travelled. I wondered why I chose it. It was expensive, shabby and the staff were not at all helpful. They offered no internet service and didn't even tell us that there was an internet cafe across the road. Breakfast was very ordinary. Omonia Square is a seedy area and better accomodation is to be found round the Plaka district. Our room had the cold water turned off in the hand basin because it made a noise so we insisted it be fixed. There was no plug in the bath and the curtains were needed to be rehung. Not good enough and were thankful that we had only two nights there.
