Small rooms, no frills, no minibar, clean and tidy though. Average service, acceptable breakfast. Free WiFi, two public computers at the lobby, but more important is the free indoor parking provided. I can sympathize with those who were frustrated with the area, it really isn't the best place to take a walk. Great discounts can be found with a little homework.

The worst Novotel ever. Some of the staff were good. Overall I felt there was a bit of racist attitude. Felt we as Asians were looked down upon. The rooms were small, this is no way a hotel for the family.
- Very much a business hotel (with no printers). They only had 2 MAC sitting there.
- Idea of gaming station was XBOX Kinnect by the entrance door (kept the door locked).
- Idea of children's play area a small corner in the main lobby.
- Short walking distance from the hotel you would find a sex shop with graphic images in the front.
- Idea of City view was the view of the daily laundry of locals.
- Stay of the back streets and alleys near the hotel they are filled with guys you dont want be messing around and after 20:00 you could find prostitutes on the roads
