I'm a "fan" of the Hilton hotels because of their standards in every aspect. I'm also a HiltonHonors Silver member. This 2-night stay in Athens Hilton was the first in 2012. My precedent stays, especially in 2010, were not so good because of negative experience with the breakfast (see my relative review of June 2010). Now, the "breakfast problems" are solved. The breakfast in the Byzantine restaurant was really amazing: a lot of foods, and an Asian corner too! For the rest of the hotel I cannot find something wrong. All were perfect. In the Byzantine restaurant, except of breakfast, I had an a-la-cart dinner at a very special price: 25 Euro's per person (unbelievable for this Hilton restaurant). The dinner was excellent and consisted of a starter, a main course (beef fillet), a dessert and a big glass of wine. It seems that the economic crisis in Greece conducts to lower prices everywhere, even in the Hilton.
