I stayed to this beautiful boutique hotel for a weekend and I only have great memories from it. The room was beautiful, with a nice view in a very convenient location within the city. The greeting I had from the front desk was very friendly; especially Yiannis is the guy you have to meet. He was always willing to satisfy our needs and always with a smile on his face. Overall I give an A+ to the whole stay at the hotel! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Stayed here solo after island hopping with friends and Im glad that I upgraded to this place from another hotel that was in a sketchy part Athens. The staff were very helpful and the room was great for just me. The Acropolis is pretty far but I did have a view of it from my window which looked great at night. Shopping and restaurants are just a couple of blocks away. Also, transportation is close. That def worked out for me because on the day I was returning home there was a taxi strike and had to walk with all my luggage to the train. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know.
PS. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and lotion they stocked in the bathroom....good stuff :)

Location is the best that can be. Literally a minute from Constitution Square and Ermou Street (shopping), in walking distance from all the main Athens sights (Plaka, Monastiraki, Acropolis, National Garden), and with great access to transportation (metro, bus, trolley, tram, taxis).
Rooms were very stylish, all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Free WiFi in all areas!
Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of options, some of the food though were not as fresh as they should be.
Hotel does not have a restaurant. In order to dine one has to visit the Acropolis View Restaurant Athens, which is 200 meters from the Athens Diamond Hotel.

We booked the suite with a large terrace, jacuzzi, view of the Acropolis, etc I will agree with what another post indicated. The Outdoor Terrace is simply the roof. The jacuzzi does have a view of the Acropolis, as does the room. It's more of a peek-a-boo view, not exactly what we were expecting - but still a view none-the-less. The room also has a separate sitting area which looks out over the street. The shower would run for a minute then break - they did fix promptly, but this happened all three mornings of our stay. The jacuzzi is accessed by a small/tight winding staircase that takes you up one floor.
One "complaint" we had was the size of the lift/elevator. We are not large people and we barely fit with a bag a piece and both of us in there.
The breakfast was great - our room was directly across from the breakfast area and you do get woken up in the mornings as they get things organized.
Overall we were happy with our stay - the location is fantastic, the staff very helpful.
