“mediocre hotel as a last resort”

The hotel is located several kilometers outside the city center. Free parking, easy access from outside the city.
The room is very small, the mattress was awful, the TV set was old. Breakfast was adequate.
The hotel does not provide free WiFi and charge a fortune for using it (only a 24 hours card was available). I would barely give it a 2 star and will take it only as a last resort.
