We stayed at the Mansao da Torre whilst sorting out finer details for a property we had just purchased. The staff and management/owners Rui and Cristina were extremely friendly,welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms were beautifully decorated with LCD TV, fridge and mini bar, small terrace with outside furniture, telephone and everthing else you would expect from a 4* hotel. On the outside there was tennis courts, outside pool with sunloungers and nice gardens.
The hotel is also in the process of completing a wonderful spa with all the facilities.
We had a fabulous stay at the Mansao da Torre and hopefully we will keep in touch with them, and I would not hesitate in reccomending this hotel to anyone who wants to discover the silver coast.

We have returned from our trip to Portugal and wanted to share some comments about hotel we stayed in. Hotel Mansao da Torre conveniently located in Obidos has undergone major renovation recently.
It was a really great stay in luxurious, modern room. I would give 5 stars for the service. Management is doing remarkable work there. If you need anything during your stay, don’t hesitate, just ask. You will get fast and friendly service. There are 2 swimming pools there, indoor and outdoor. Place has a new modern bar. Later on I will upload some pictures we took during our visit.
We will definitely return there.

Well we came across this hotel by chance after a recommendation from a bank employee in Portugal whilst opening accounts . The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment during our stay, but it`s very easy to see from first entering the high standard and quality the manager and owner is trying to attain .

The bar area is fresh and of a modern design with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The bedrooms are also of an excellent standard with a modern theme more noted to 4 and 5 star hotels .The LCD wall mounted television also added that nice touch and it even had a few English channels .

The manager and staff are freindly , welcoming and very obliging.If you want something simply ask and they aim to please .

Obviously being in refurbishment we couldn`t get to use the Spa facilties but if it`s of a similar standard to the rest of the hotel it should be excellent . The hotel has 2 outside pools and 2 tennis courts and being central from Caldas and Obidos overall a fantastic location to relax .

We will certainly return to the hotel for another visit and would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the area .
