Well, it was a nice surprise. We stayed ther for 2 nights. Booked over the intenet and we werent expecting to mutch for a 3 Star hotel. Even the fotos on the internet werent that good. We asked for a big bed only. When we arrived, the staff was great, offering a drink at the bar. The hotel was undergoing with constructions for improvements. They give us a mini-suite with a large bed, and a big LCD TV on the wall....the room was more of a 4,5 star hotel...very clean, very confortable. The pool was big and very clean.
The breakfast was very simple...it would do better if it had more variaty...but for a 3 star hotel was good....
And the location was nice because it was only, 3 minutes by car to the wonderfull village of obidos, the reason of our stay.
I recommend this hotel.

We spent a night here . The reception girls were so helpful and friendly our room was on the ground floor and was just fine. We had hoped to have dinner but the chef was ill so had to go into Obidos in the evening- which was worth doing We reckoned this didn't auger well for breakfast but it was the full buffet with hot and cold food. The only thing was- we never saw another soul except Reception. Breakfast was really weird with the room all set out and all this food available and not a single solitary soul at 9am. Hotel is in a good position near the motorway, near Obidos - if you visit in the evening there is room in the car parks. Deserves to be patronised

Came across the Hotel by accident, and went in to check availalbility.
From that moment we were extremely well looked after, the staff being very helpful and friendly - couldn't do enough for us.
The Hotel is spotless, rooms cleaned thoroughly each day, ample car parking.
Outdoor pools clean - new indoor one wasn't quite finished when we stayed, but is expected to be quite soon.
Really enjoyed our stay - so much, we stayed 3 weeks !!

We stayed at the Mansao da Torre whilst sorting out finer details for a property we had just purchased. The staff and management/owners Rui and Cristina were extremely friendly,welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms were beautifully decorated with LCD TV, fridge and mini bar, small terrace with outside furniture, telephone and everthing else you would expect from a 4* hotel. On the outside there was tennis courts, outside pool with sunloungers and nice gardens.
The hotel is also in the process of completing a wonderful spa with all the facilities.
We had a fabulous stay at the Mansao da Torre and hopefully we will keep in touch with them, and I would not hesitate in reccomending this hotel to anyone who wants to discover the silver coast.
