Good location - city center, near from metro station. It's small hotel - 16 rooms. Our room was small, but it had many things there: bed for two people, wardrobe, two small bed tables, mirror and even washbasin and bidet. All it fited in this small room. Shared toilet and bathroom on the floor. All was clean and neat. What we lack was heating... But for this price it was very nice. I will for sure come here again.

It'is a simple, nice family owned hostel located close to the city center and not far from airport : only 10 mins by car. Very good location for city trip (nearby metro and tramway - famous no 28 - stations or only or 10-15 mins walk to downtown). Our room was basic but comfortable enough for a short city visit (3 nights). We have own bathroom but there are also shared bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets located throughout the hall (it depends the room they give you). Towels (hand and bath towels) were changed every day.
The wi-fi connection worked well. The staff were nice and helpful, but they don't speak English.The only bad thing is that there is no lift, so you need to lift your laggage yourself on high floor. Good hostel in this price range!

I was supposed to stay here on 25th July. My friend was dropping me off and then was going to the airport, already the staff were saying that he was not allowed to stay in my room which is fair enough if he was going to be sleeping there however, surely he could stay during the day? Anyway he missed his flight and so came back so that I could pack my stuff and then we'd stay in a hotel. The staff thought he was planning to stay here and since they couldn't speak any english started harassing me. They were threatening me that they would call the police. I mean come one, i know I have booked a room for 1 person but if you have a friend with you, surely they are allowed in your room? Anyway, I thought the staff was terrible!

Great for budget stay in Lisbon. Metro and buss stations are on the front
door. Many shops and cheap cafes around. Free WiFi connection covers all the
hotel.

All public areas are maintained clean all 24 hours. Room was basic, but clean
and comfortable.

Hotel owner were very pleasant and helpful. They don't speak English but it
was not a problem.

A bit loudly from the road.

Best deal in Lisbon for budget travellers.
