A delightful experience. This is a no frills place, some street noise, but the owners were delightful and helpful. Metro is right outside the door of the hotel. There is free WiFi that worked fine. No lift, so you do have to walk up stairs. Easy walk to Rossio, Restadores and the Tram 28. We had a spotless room, well cared for, shared bathrrom for 25 euro. Can't beat that.

I stayed here recently as a solo woman,and I;m always a little nervous when I book online, but this place was great for the money. Very clean, pretty quiet and had everything I needed. I especially liked how close it was to the Metro station. The neighbourhood isn't the nicest, and I probably wouldn't want to walk around there at night alone, but for my purposes it was just fine.

Actually, I did not expect much and suspected all reviews I had read to be exaggerating. I was wrong. The hotel is simple, but its location, staff, quality in total vs price are a good deal.

First, it is easy to find. Just a few meters from metro station. it occupies 3 and 4 floor in the building. on a floor there are 2 bathrooms for a joint use, a computer room (with veeeerrrryyyy slow PC!).

Drawbacks: 1. it was a little bit cold during the night, and they do not provide with extra towels or heaters. 2. There were too few sockets in a room.

Good location - city center, near from metro station. It's small hotel - 16 rooms. Our room was small, but it had many things there: bed for two people, wardrobe, two small bed tables, mirror and even washbasin and bidet. All it fited in this small room. Shared toilet and bathroom on the floor. All was clean and neat. What we lack was heating... But for this price it was very nice. I will for sure come here again.
