I AGREE with othelllo, these rooms stink and the staff added 25 euros to my bill, i am glad i had a booking service to fix it, there were no receipts or proof of what i paid and what i paid it for, i cannopt believe this 5 star review posted, maybe hotel ? yes, nice breakfast, yes close to busline, and yes 30 minute medium walk to rossio or restaryados square, many opther cheap hotels along the way not listed online,, joao;s hot water was missing for hours, then the cold disappeared, to be falsly charged on my bill and cold room, which stink of "old dog", no these are not good values, while i stayed a woman had a flood, they came, looked and walked away, they did nothing, i say no to this hotel,

what scoundrels, petty theioves, stole my towels, denied it was there, added fees, one thrid more price, excessive , any place online 20 euros 2 people, i was there, my friend came, demanded 10 euros more, petty , i will not spend one more euro, i will not travel , i will not buy torus trips or wine,
i cannopt believe this hotel gets these ratings unless they make them up themselves, in some manner,,,,
be very cautious, make sure your deal, make sure on receipts,

Pros: good breakfast, clean rooms, good portugal restraunt in front of hotel.

Cons: located far from centre (about 30 minutes), staff's english is pure (but some of them speak german and russian).

We live in the room for 4 people. It was big enough for 2 people but rooms for 2 are small.

It is easy to find parking place near the hotel.

Good hotel with spacious room and very big bathroom. Wifi connection hasnt work long time. Reception ok.
The windows definitely need a new weather-stripping because during my whole
staying the cold air from outside has been blowing into the room & bathroom - the airconditioning didnt have enough capacity to make comfortable temperature. In room was maybe 18 degrees, in bathroom 14-15.
This is the only problem of this hotel.
