Big rooms, modern beautiful decoration, the only problem is it's distance from downtown, you need to walk to the subway and then go downtown.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2011. I was attending a conference in Lisbon and I only had a very limited number of hotels to choose from. They gave me a room with 2 twin beds instead of 2 queen beds or a king. I guess the twin is the European standard for double beds instead of the American standard of 2 queen beds. The beds were also hard so it was quite a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. The front desk was always very helpful and I commend them for that. Also the cleaning staff was very good. The hotel had a good energy consumption program where you had to plug your key into a slot for the lights to work in the room and once you took your key out of the slot when you left the room the lights went out. I was impressed by that. They had a restaurant at the hotel but was not impressed with their food. They also had a gift shop and that came in handy to get post cards, stamps etc. Taxis were always available to take you anywhere.

Overall it was a decent hotel but not one that I would have stayed if I had a choice.

This hotel is located at about a 10 minute driving ( taxi) from the city center but at a walking distance to the Rede expresso bus station. The hotel also has a tie up with many tourist buses so it was easy to go sightseeing- even for a solo traveller. Although it was very very busy, the hotel staff were very helpful . We had actually booked one day with our tour operator Go Ahead tours and we extended our stay through another website. The hotel staff very gladly allowed us to continue staying in the room we had initially moved in. the hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. Paid barely 7 euros to get to the airport on my way back. Will defintely go back again!

spotless hotel, very clean. A bit of the beaten track, about 10-15 mins to the nearest metro station but still very cheap for a taxi into the centre of Lisbon (circa €7 max in a taxi)
Twin rooms were a bit small and dated, bed spreads could of done with replacing as they were old. Strange that such a big hotel does not have a leisure centre.
There are some nice little local bars and restaurants around the corner which are nice.
