We were booking a last minute hotel for a 4 day weekend in Lisbon & found good reviews for this hotel. The fact that we knew we would be out all day & easting out also we just wanted a good value central hotel - this one more than delivers. It was €117 for 3 nights, including parking & we got 10% off the food/drinks in the bar also.
The reception & bar staff were very helpful, the hotel is nicely decorated & the hotel room we got was above average for a city hotel, very comfortable & even though it was on the road at the front there was no noise.
The location of the hotel is not the best but we like that there's a bit of character rather than other 'perfect' areas. You can easily walk to the down town area within 10 minutes, trams run right by the hotel & there's plenty of cafes along the way to grab a coffee & pasteis de belem.
If you're looking for a great value, comfortable hotel for Lisbon city centre you could do a lot worse than book here. Will definetely book here again for my next trip, already being planned.

Upon check-in we had fantastic service from a wonderful young man. He was very friendly, helpful and polite. He greeted us every time we entered or exited the hotel and even when he was on his breaks. We asked him many questions during our stay and he was always happy to help.

The location is great - 50 metres away from the Anjos metro station which makes it very easy to get around the city.

Our room was good too. The shower leaked a little but we managed to prevent this most of the time. The bedding was 2 singles pushed together but they were comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent! There was a huge variety of hot and cold foods and this was included in our reservation.

We were very happy during our stay here and we would happily return.

I was very wary about booking this hotel due to the noise issues reported by others, but had no such problems myself! We stayed here for 4 nights in November 2011 and booked the hotel due to its convienient location, it is approx 200m from Anjos metro station on a main road into the city. The hotel is 3 star and reasonably new. We had a room on the top floor of the hotel (floor 7) and had a large balcony, so room size was smaller than other rooms we were able to see inside. The room was comfortable with everything we needed except free wifi in the room or in public areas, however you could purchase "cable" internet for approx 5 euros per night if desired. The staff were helpful and spoke English. Breakfast buffet was the usual cold spread of fruit, hams & cheeses, with a selection of hot eggs, bacon & mushrooms. We checked out early on the last day and organised a packed lunch instead of breakfast at no extra cost. The hotel is not directly on the Aerobus route, but the staff booked us a taxi to the airport which cost 6.55 euros, with the driver rounding this to 8.20 euros as with each had a suitcase, thus ensuring he got no additional tip we had planned to give him. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anybody!
