From a family with three youngster (age 11,15,17).
We booked this hotel on arrival in Lisbon with help from touristinformation.

We had a suite with a nice room with doublebed, a large livingroom with a sofa (double bed) and a extra bed. Kitchen in the hall (ok, but we did not use it)
In this suite all five lived together for 3 nights.
Plenty of space, clean and safe.

Easy to find, located inn a office/business area. Maybe a bit far from the tube. No noise from traffic, restaurants or other guests.

The staff in front desk was a strange mix. From very polite and friendly girls, to more “body-guard-like” men with no words……..

The main hotel next door give service of all types. Exercise, swimmingpool, internet etc Breakfast was also served here, for us it was included in the bookingprice.
Breakfast was really 5 stars!

Absolute recommendable accommodations for a fair price

The last time I was in Lisbon I stayed at the Four Seasons/Ritz. Save your money and stay at the Altis Suites!!! The apartment was very clean, comfortable (great a/c) and it was a nice size. The bathrooms had plenty of counter space and the hotel was very close to the metro. The apartments are right next door to the Altis hotel and you can enjoy their amenities if you so choose. The staff at the suites were very friendly and all spoke English. The photos from their website look just like the apartments.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough

We had a challenge finding a hotel with a suite that would accomodate 2 adults and 2 children. However, the Altis Suites came through for a reasonable price. We loved our room! It had a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. It had comfortable, contemporary decor. It was very clean and spacious. Its conveniently located within walking distance to the center of town. You have access to all the amenaties at the main hotel next door, such as the pool and health club. The housekeeping service was excellent. The only minor negatives were that we saw a bug in the bathroom and the people at the front desk were not that knowledgable or helpful. We found the concierge next door at the main part of the hotel much more friendly and helpful. Also, don't be fooled by the breakfast. It is not free, like at some other hotels. But, these things were minor. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was clean and the location is very good. However, I don't think it's worth the price and you can find better hotels at the same price or cheaper. We rented a room for three and although the website showed pictures of a room with a living area, they gave us a tiny room with three twin beds and little room to move. We had to pay a lot to upgrade to a room with a living area. We stayed one night and moved to an inn (hostal) that was significantly cheaper and in better condition. The pictures on their website are at least 10 years old.

If you are a budget traveler you are better off in an inn and if you are not, then you can do a lot better at other hotels in the vicinity.
