Lisbon being the lovely place that it is, staying at this hotel made the stay worthwhile.
the rooms and bathrooms are ultra modern, breakfast was quite good, the staff were quite friendly, the only downside is that the entrance was hard to find and not so obvious, but the location itself is quite convenient, good sauna facilities, i loved it overall

The entrance was hard to find, but we stumbled on it eventually. Once we arrived though the staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms were very basic, but spacious. The breakfast was done very well and offered reasonable hours. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant, but the staff was again very helpful for directions and recommendations on restarants around the area. Overall it was a good experience at a nice hotel.

When the taxi first stopped at the hotel entrance, I thought that he’d been mistaken… or that I had booked poorly. Thankfully, once inside, it’s a different story. The staff was nice & helpful for directions, tips and dinner recommendations. The rooms are clean and modern. For tall men, like my husband, the shower was more than adequate. Breakfast in the morning is delightful, and looked forward to it every day.

As for my grumbles, the Wi-Fi is touch and go in the rooms, which was more than frustrating… so don’t depend on it if you need to get work done or go down to the lounge. And don’t expect a view… there’s really nothing around but other grey buildings.

It’s a safe 20 minute walk to all the sights downtown & nearby neighborhoods. If I was traveling alone, I’d have no problem with the route.

Overall: a comfy, clean & adequate hotel. It does the job nicely.
