As member GOLD-ACCOR,I chose Ibis Liberdade for a 4 days holydays in Lisbon.The hotel is on the side of Rua Liberdade.If you have luggages and you take the bus to reach the building is quit difficult for the steep climb.
I was at the 9th floor.The room was very warm (it's winter time)but no noisy during our stay:
Breakfast suggested to be taken somewhere next to the hotel.It's typical Ibis style...

Excellent value for money. It's placed very well near the city center and also to the metro station. Very good breakefast for only 6 Euro/person. Also the train station it's on 5 min walking distance.

We stayed just for 1 night early sept. The main selling point of this hotel is its location. It is in a lovely area which appears to be the business district, just a short walk down avenue liberdade to the city centre. There are some nice cafe's and restaurants close by. (and a very good but pricey sushi restaurant just down the street) The rooms are basic and small (and slightly depressing!) but they are clean. Its just standard ibis. the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple continental and some fruit & sweet pastries. and bad coffee! But overall excellent value for money and an ideal base to explore Lisbon.

evrything ok, but Ibis ask't 20€ / day to have WIFI in the room. crazy

I stayed at Lisbon from 19th October to 24th October at Ibis Liberdade for a Conference at Congress Centre. This is the best value hotel for money. Good Place. Clean Locality and very very comfortable and good rooms.
Also you get a good breakfast for 6 Euros thats very cost effective
