The hotel looks ok from outside. Rooms are small, but beds and pillow are really . I found holes in the sheets. At 8 am there is a nearby construction that wakes you up and you cannot sleep. Is impossible. The sound is in top of you. And the temperature of the bedroom is also terrible you cannot rest porperly due heat. They control the temperature, but they tell you that you can with the controls you have in your room, but those are broken. And the room has a smoke smell. The attention was very good.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was outstanding!

We have planned to stay in different hotel in Lisbon but once I have seen prices and ratings of this hotel on Tripadvisor, I have changed my mind immediately. Hotel is located directly in front of the metro station entrance. The connection to the airport is also great – just take Aerobus from Saldanha station which is app. 10 min walk from the hotel. The bus to the airport does not take more then 15 min and cost 3.5 EUR.

Our room was very modern and spotless. It seems that the hotel rooms must have been recently refurbished. Bed was very comfortable.

We did not have a breakfast in the hotel, just went to cafe across the street couple times and once to cafe in El Corte shopping mall (app. 5 min walk) - the price of the breakfast was half compared to hotel.

Staff at the reception was very helpful and polite – even more then I have seen in 5 star hotels! They have asked us what is the reason of our trip. When I replied that we are tourist, we instantly got a map and receptionist explained us in detail where are the best places to visit and how to get there. I have been to reception couple times (and must say I was pretty annoying asking like million questions) but all the receptionists I have met where always nice to me and smiling all the time. Thanks a lot, guys!

The only complaint I have was that we were waken up in the moring by the noise from the corridor. But as it was already quite late, I did not really mind it.

We arrived around 9.30am on Saturday on xmas weekend and the receptionist checked us in immediately with no hassle, probably cause the hotel was pretty vacant due to the xmas weekend (some other hotels in the area were closed!). Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, he advised that restaurants in the area were closed due to xmas and if we needed something we could ask them to prepare something for us. Also provided us with a city map and pointed out were was what in the city.
The hotel has wi-fi, a 24h pass cost 10 €. The only issue with that is that when trying to connect the iPhone it was not responding to the login page, but if you go through Safari and put the credentials through there its fine afterwards.
The location is perfect, metro station is in front of the hotel so can reach downtown in just 10 minutes. El Corte Ingles department store is round the corner for anyone who might be interested. Also there are many restaurants really close to the hotel with good reviews, just check the trip advisor app to what is nearby, we couldn't try them as everything was closed due to xmas, but its a plus for hotel location.
The room was very good, very clean, bright and spacious. Very cosy.
Would recommend.

Tip: its just ten minutes from the airport by taxi and it cost only about 7.50€. Its easier and its the same money if you want to take the Aerobus, and then take the metro to get to the hotel.
