So as other people have stated, this hotel is right outside the Alameda subway station, which makes traveling around the city very convenient. There is also a grocery store close The room we got was larger than what we were expecting. It was a clean room & bathroom and the housekeeping was very good. The front desk people were helpful when they were at the front desk.

While WIFI was advertised, my experience was that it was a weak signal on the 3rd floor. Also, the TV channels were limited although most people aren't coming to the hotel to watch TV.

The morning breakfast was satisfying (different breads, cereals, hot foods like eggs, yogurt, etc...).

Overall, a good value place.

The hotel was okay. Outside and lobby were modern and nice, but the rooms were old fashioned. The room was quite noisy: air conditioning/draining/noise from the corridor were disturbing. Cleaning was good. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, but at times there were too many customers and too little personnel at the reception, so you had to wait for a long time. The breakfast room was too small, many people had to wait to get a free table in the mornings.

A little out but easy access to metro. Helpful staff. Gave good choices for resturants and metro directions. Room large, a triple, but they seem to turn off the AC at night. Had to open the window after 10pm.
Free internet in lobby only. But they have a self serve bar with food that is very reasonable.
English can be a challenge in restaurant. Most at desk speak English. Room has small fridge. Safe id about $3 euros per day & you have to get lock from front desk. Thats a little different.

this is a very nice hotel with good location in lisbon...subway stop right out front door..if coming from oriente train station, is on same subway line with escalators and elevators for almost entire journey..is 15 minutes from lisbon airport, reachable with 1 change of city bus...the room was roomy and clean...all rooms from 5th floor have great views..is popular apparently with tour groups...but not overly crowded..breakfast buffet is very very good with hot and cold choices..the buffet was open before 7am..in lobby they had minibar and snacks available with microwave..staff friendly and spoke english...will definitely stay here if in lisbon again...a winner....
