Good price, small rooms, but they are very clean and well equiped. The bed was not so comfortable. The location is opposite the metro station it is an advantage but it is noisy too.
The breakfast was the same in every morning.

LOCATION: This Hotel Is Not in the city center, But it's just in front of the metro station and it takes 15 mins to get to the center by metro (subway).

BREAKFAST: Buffet from 7am to 10am (ham, cheese, pastries, Bread, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, coffee, tea, etc.)..

RESTAURANT: You can eat at any time your lunch or dinner there as well (such as sandwiches, soups, salads, qite cheap)

INTERNET: free wifi at the bar area only

ROOMS: tidy and cleaned on a daily basis, spacy and cozy, But it's cold at night, the hair dryer, But u can rent it.

STAFF: friendly and Portuguese-speaking

OPINION: very satisfied with this hotel and Its price, would recommend.

loved it - very central, easy reachable from the airport (5 minutes by taxi), very cheap and clean, and you can even have your breakfast served to your room! :) absolutely recommendable

Only stayed one night as we were passing through Lisbon to get to the Algarve, but here are my impressions: Really spacious room but very small bathroom; lovely location (in pretty area near some nice cafes and restaurants); Common areas of hotel well kept and nicely decorated; My roomate found it a little noisy due to traffic but I slept with earplugs and didnt hear a thing!; Quite nice buffet breakfast served at cafe next door; Staff a little mixed (Vanda, the Australian/Portuguese receptionis is very professional and helpful, but the male receptionist was not so great - the lift was broken when we arrived and we had to climb 5 huge staircases with all our luggage: he just laughed and did not offer any help when there was another employee just standing around!). Overall, i think this place is great value for money - we shared a triple room and it cost only 20€ each including breakfast! Very convenient for airport and located in a really nice area. The male receptionist let down the customer service" front, but all in all it was a positive experience. One last tip: don't book your carhire with thehotel - we had a nightmare with the carhire company and it worked out much more expensive in the end.
