Good value for money. Not impressive hall, rooms r bigger then average with a crazy tv furniture: u cannot easily watch tv in bed. Bathroom need some refreshment. Friendly staff, breakfast ok, underground parking, walking distance to main sightseeing

NH overall is not a good brand, you can rely on it for just an average stay

The rooms are quite standard but still big and with comforatbel bed. Sometimes noisy and with views to a wall in most of them.

Took an overnight trip from Algarve to have a look around Lisbon and stayed at the NH. Arrived at 12 but room ready straight away and check in very easy, very helpful concierge took time to give us useful info on Lisbon, what to do where to go etc. Room on 7th floor clean and very comfortable nice bed excellent bathroom. No real view but this is the middle of a busy city so can't agree with others who see this as a reason to complain. Lobby is small but there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes so no problem. Breakfast ok plenty of it but maybe few more hot options be good. Overall though very pleased and will definitely go back.

Good standard, city hotel. Lobby is small and the bar service is shockingly slow and bad. They close the bar all the time, i wouldn't even bother trying to get a drink.

Location is good, lots of great shiops actually in the same building as the hotel.

Rooms are fine though the beds are really noisy when you move in them and the pillows are really lumpy.

No major pluses or weaknesses, i would use the hotel again.
