Lovely rooms and lovely staff, fabulous rooms with fantastic views but very overpriced. I suggest that you steer clear form the mini bar unless you want to re-mortgage your house when you get home

The Tiara Park Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal is perched on a hill overlooking the city. There is a park opposite for walking in and a good shopping complex nearby. We were part of a tour group and the hotel arranged a special menu for us for both lunch and dinner. It comprised a number of choices, a fair price and delcious food. Top marks for caring about tour groups. Many hotels consider them the lowest of the low. One thing to note is that you can upgrade on arrival to a better room (although the standard rooms are fine) for a small increase in price. You just have to ask. We enjoyed our stay at The Tiara Park Hotel.

Located a little bit far from the seaport, this was actually a good thing for us: we always have had a good walk to the metro station and maybe further on, so it kept us in a good shape :); nevertheless, the area is very good, quiet, right next to the park.

The hotel is not new and the furniture states that; but it is very clean, with some renovations in the bathroom, large rooms etc.

All in one I would not rate it 5 stars, but a 4 stars instead; would stay here again if a good 4 star price like should be available

I spent four days at this hotel in ealy December 2011, I had never been to Lisbon before. The location was excellent, a good 10 minute walk from the Old Town and the ocean front. There was a lovely park opposite the hotel, ideal and safe for a morning jog. The rooms were excellent, great amenities and everything worked. The Front Desk staff were very helpful, the Barman recommended some excellent restaurants downtown and the Dining Room staff were very attentive. This is an excellent hotel for a week-end break. The city tour base is just across the road and for the shopper, El Cortes is a few minutes walk.
