Check-in was fast.
The room looked nice at first, but despite the "non-smokers" signal, it smelled faintly like cigarette smoke. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was silent at night. I liked the fact that there's a variety of different pillows and you can actually choose if you want a hard/soft one, or a feather/synthetic one. One annoying thing is that the wardrobe was really hard and noisy to open and close, the doors slided in some kind of rails that were rusty. In the bathroom there was liquid soap and shower gel available... however someone forgot to fill up the bottles.
I travelled in business and the company package already had internet included. I don't know how much it costed but the signal in my room (915) was just fine.
Breakfast was OK, nothing special or worth noting. Except that it said it opened at 6.30 am but the bread and pastries were only served at 7.00am - kind of a problem for someone needing to get out early. Staff was friendly, they actually brought me the newspaper without even asking.
Overall the decoration of the hotel is outdated and reveals poor decoration taste.
Location is OK. Not exactly center-located but has a metro station (Campo Pequeno) nearby and taxis stop right at the front of the hotel.
