First lets start with the good, the hotel is situated directly on the Marques de Pombal, making it a great base from where to explore the city. The tour buses are a couple of minutes away on the otherside of the road which made it handy for us to jump on the three Grayline tours that we had purchased. The hotel has complimentary wifi which was a nice touch.
The poor points of the hotel was the check in experience, all though prompt the man on the desk made no attempt to speak to us other than to ask for our passports.
The rooms are a little outdated and on the small side, the bathroom was also small and for some reason had the largest sink i have ever seen that ate even more in to the available space.
I am not sure that i would stay here again,, however i loved the location so i would definately stay in the area.
