Good hotel in good location. Queen size beds very nice, hotel staff very nice. Only problem was the "complimentary bottle of wine, water and nuts on a tray in the room. I assumed this was a treat only to be told it was part of the mini bar and I had to pay for it.
Loved Lisbon - Only there for 2 days but would go back again and again.

I booked this with the flight with Easyjet and got a really good price for the package. Hotel turned out to be better than I expected for the price we paid. Very convenient metro stop right outside the front door and the Calouste Gulbenkian museum is just around the corner, we really enjoyed the art and gardens, then booked to go to the outside amphitheatre for that evening to see live music. Back to the hotel the room was quite spacious - we did have a corner one, the outside pool was quiet even in June. Rooms were clean and lots of choice for breakfast. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance or just a couple of stops on the Metro.

i visited hotel in october 2011 stayed there for four nights hotel is good as far as location is concerned and really clean bit smaller bathrooms but still full marks breakfast manu needs some improvements front desk people can speek english and may guide u but a real surprise for me was one night i asked about some night club and man at fron desk said you cant bring girl here was really stange for me why is so i wrote same in comment card but got no answer so if u feel like having good time there please check it

SANA Reno hotel is situated near the Gulbenkian Museum. It takes only ten minutes to cover the distance between the Hotel and Gulbenkian Museum and Foundation situated in the nice garden. So, if your purpose is visiting the Gulbenkian Museum then this hotel is exactly yours. If you are a fan of shopping then the huge supermarket “El Corte Ingles” with a lot of boutiques, shops and restaurants is situated six hundred yards from the hotel. Nice hall with the artificial waterfall meets the guests. Room was not big enough but comfortable. Bath room is equipped with the comfortable bathtub. TV set produced all main Worlds’ channels. Food in the restaurant was good and plentiful. Everything was quite new and clean. If the room were bigger then that hotel could pretend for the four stars rank. All personnel were very helpful and spoke fluent English. I have nothing to complaint.
