the food was horrible,there was no proper customer service...

just stayed for 2 nites at this quality hotel,for a 3star hotel in a major city thought it was amazing value,rooms are an extremely good size,very modern bathroom,had 2 good nites sleep,loads of extra pillows,also had a room at the back,heard nothing all nite...thought the breakfast was very good,cereals,fresh rolls,also scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage if you want...the metro station san sesbastio is about a 5 minute walk away,which will take you right into the heart of this beautiful city in 5 minutes..found a fantastic restaurant just off rossio called the republic of beer{english translation}2nd visit to lisbon in 4 years,so would also recommend the new area oriente,as well as the docks area by the april 25th bridge...only one problem beware of the drug pushers by the rossio...

I had been before in another Sana hotel in Lisbon and I was expecting the same standard. Well, I was disappointed. Namely, I found the room unconfortable and had to change to a back room in the second night because the first one was too noisy. This is not a hotel I can endorse.

We stayed there for just one night and we chosed this hotel because it's not to far from the airport, our purpose for being in lisbon, but also not to far from city center.
The hotel was clean and confortable, bathrooms neat and cozy, and the price excelent.
The internet wireless is paid, and expensive, which is not acceptable on this days. It should be a free service.
