Hotel is located almost in the middle of the following geographical triangle: Campo Pequeno - Saldanha square - El Corte Ingles (this is a famous shopping mall). It is also a walking distance (5 mins) from the Eduardo VII Park. Within the walking distance (2-3 mins) of the hotel is the metro station "San Sebastiao" (blue and red metro lines). The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, with lots of small shops and restaurants (notwithstanding the El Corto Ingles). I felt safe in the streets, even late at night.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. I would certainly recommend this hotel for the Lisbon stay.
PLUS: I was personally impressed with the selection of food available for the breakfast, considering it is a three-star hotel. Very large assortment of food (even for the vegetarians) was available; it would probably suffice to say that there was 5-6 different kinds of bread every morning, not to mention fresh fruit (sliced oranges and water-melons)!
MINUS: Internet connection in the hotel is charged! You must pay 5 euros for one hour of the internet connection (there is a computer in the hotel's "business area", or you can use the WiFi connection). Alternatively, you can buy 24 hrs of internet usage (I forgot the price). Furthermore, you need to log-out from the internet connection (web-page interface) once you are finished with the surfing; otherwise, you will use-up all of your allocated time (it will expire). This might be a problem for some people due to the fact that the web-page connection interface have not been arranged in the friendly manner (within the browser bookmarks etc.). For the experienced users this will probably not pose a problem.
