The hotel is located in very good, quiet and safe area. Located close to transport (bus), metro, shops, restaurants.
The beds are very comfortable.
The staff is friendly and polite.
Cleaning is daily and the quality of the cleaning is very good.
Space in the room is enough. The bathroom is very clean and pleasant. Water pressure is good.

1/ The rooms have a need from tea/coffee making facilities.

2/ The carpet a little bit old.

3/ Due to a technical problems I think, my credit card was pre authorized twice - once - one day before arrive and the 2nd - in the day of our arriving. In the day when we leave the hotel - the whole price was taken from the card for the 3rd time, and after that the card was blocked. I take the card from the front-office man and went to the "multibanco"-apparat near to the hotel and the card worked in cash without any problems.

Despite these comments, will recommend the hotel and staying in it again.

have stayed at this hotel many times,the rooms are clean and spacious and well presented and for the price i would always recommend it if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.my room was cleaned every day and the times i have needed to use the laundry service,it was second to none.it is a 5 minute walk to the metro and 5 more minutes your in the city centre.the hotel is in a pedestrianised area and in a upmarket part of lisbon and but for the binmen and women it is very quiet at night.the breakfast is buffet style and more than adequate.there are many cafes in the area but only a few restaurants.the staff are helpful and friendly.if your english and like a cup of tea take your own tea bags and kettle because there are no tea/coffee facilities in your room.

average hotel, rooms nice and clean, dont visit the chinese buffet restaurant opposite, crap food!

The Hotels overall design is heavy 90ies filled with cone shaped deco-elements mixed checkerboard pattern whereever you look. Wait 20 years and this will be kind of a gem, dont think it will last that long… The service was friendly and competent, breakfast was o.k. a wide variety to choose from. The location is near 2 metro stations, you can do a walk into the city center in about 25 minutes – so think about it if you're in Lisbon for sightseeing only.
