We booked the hotel for three nights through the hotel's website and got a very good deal for about 55e/room/night. We were lucky because when we arrived late the only room they had available was a suite so we got to stay in it! I think the suite was a bit bigger than the normal rooms, with a bigger bathroom and the sleeping and living areas separated by some closets. There were also bathrobes and slippers in the room.

The hotel is modern and clean, with modern, apple green and black decor. The room was very nice except maybe a bit on the colder side in the winter. The bathroom was huge, with a shower and bathtub but there's no lock on the bathroom door! However, that's the only minus I can think of, otherwise everything was great.

The breakfast selection was good for such a small hotel, with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, youghurt, fresh fruit, cold cuts, rolls and pastries etc. The service was friendly. The hotel is located very near the Marques de Pombal metro stop, behind the bigger Sana Lisboa hotel. If the taxi driver doesn't know the hotel, just tell them it's behind Sana Lisboa at Marques de Pombal and they'll find it.

In short I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. Would defietely recommend to others going to Lisbon!

Satyed at this hotel for a week, staff were extremly helpful, breakfast had great variety, very convienent to metro, you can get a no44 bus from airport that brings you very close to hotel, it is located behind sister hotel San Lisboa.....I would defintely return to Lisbon and this hotel.

This hotel is good value for your money.
Very well located. Many reviewers mentioned the fact that it is close to the underground but we always walked down Ava. da Liberdade, its a nice walk, and then you are in the center of it all.
Its perfect for a short visit. No window view but who needs it, we were always out.
I lived 13 in Lisbon and this is my favorite hotel in Lisbon at the moment. Last time I stayed was last year in July.
Not very expensive and it has all one needs. Rooms are not big but very very comfortable and clean.
Staff is really friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at the SANA Capitol for 4 nights at the end of Oct/early Nov 2011 (average cost €63 per night for bed and breakfast booked on the hotel website). The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast offered a variety of options to set us up for the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was ideal - just to the north of the main tourist areas with quite a few attractions within walking distance, and close to public transport (Metro) for those areas a bit further away. Very easy to get to from the Airport with the Aerobus 1 stop nearby. There are a few local restaurants very close to the hotel (within 1-2 minutes walk). We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and anyone else wanting to visit Lisbon.
