Stayed at the Hotel in December the Staff were very friendly and helpful.The Hotel is close to the rail station and Shopping.The rooms were good and the breakfast is great.

A comfortable hotel in a good location close to a metro station as well as a wonderful park and great art museum. The breakfast was well appointed. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel located close to Sao Sebastoa Metro station with easy access to all parts of the city. Staff very helpful and friendly. All facilities were good, breakfast excellent selection and well presented. We had an evening meal in the restaurant on our last night and the service, quality and presentation of the food was also excellent. Good comfortable room with plenty of toiletries. Would definately recommend this hotel.

I was unfortunate enough to have to stay in this hotel last night and it was not a very enjoyable experience! At check-in, I requested to have an iron sent to my room (which I dont think is an unreasonable request for a hotel) to be told that the ONE they had was in use in another room and I would be contacted when its available. Fair enough I thought. After two unanswered calls to reception and a two hour wait, I get a phone call to say that it's broken and If I don't believe them, to head to reception where he will show me its not working. It's as if it was a complete lie and he was trying to call my bluff!

Sorry, personal rant over. Serious point now. The rooms were clean and tidy, all be it for a bit of a funky smell but that cant always be helped. The only other issue I had with this hotel was the fact the water in the bathroom ran yellow for a good few seconds before turning clear, this worried me a little! I know water doesnt have to be clear to be clean but in my mind, this water wasn't!

If you'r after a no-frills hotel then go for it, I just wouldnt say this hotel is suitable for business travel.
