We stayed at this hotel for three nights in early November as part of a holiday package deal. It is conveniently located for bars and restaurants and very close to central Lisbon. The rooms were adequate, average size. The bathroom was dated and could use a revamp. We moved rooms as the ones facing the main road were a bit noisy. Internet access costs extra and breakfast was ordinary. The sofas and chairs in reception were shabby and dirty. On the other hand, staff was very friendly and helpful. Again, I think this hotel would fall into a 3 stars no-frills accommodation rather than a 4 star.
