It's a good hotel, with a good location. Near metro station, you can go to the center in 10 minutes!
The staff is very pleasant and wiling to help!
Room is very clean and comfortable.
And they have animation in the bar... they had karaoke, which was fun to see.
I recommend this hotel for a nice staying!

Great Hotel - location excellent. Bus stop directly outside. Got a yellow bus from airport for Euro3.50 and ticket lasted on public buses for the weekend. Room very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful - especially reception and breakfast. Breakfast really good quality food. Highly recommended.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. TAP Portugal damaged two of our luggage and the girls working at the NH Campo Grande reception were kind enough to call the company for us.

The room was big enough and the mattress on the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and clean.

We stayed on the 10th floor and when we opened the windows we still heard the traffic and the planes landing but it was not a big deal.

They don't have wi-fi in the rooms, but they can give you passwords for the one in the lobby.

The hotel is located very close to train, metro or bus stations. There is also a Continente supermarket nearby if you want to grab a fast breakfast or buy anything else. Unfortunately I didn't see any restaurants or caffes near the hotel.

Overall, I really recommend NH Campo Grande.

The staff where always friendly and helpful.Towels changed regularly.Excellent choices of food and drink for breakfast. Excellent room. Felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. We noticed on the front door that the hotel was in the michelin guide for 2010 which we believed it deserved.The metro (Entre Campos station not Campo Grande station as you would think that is the next stop)was right across the road which takes you to anywhere in Lisbon you want to go.The Hotel is very close to the airport,we caught the Aero shuttle bus at the airport which took us very close to NH Campo Grande hotel, just a short walk back and cross the street at the roundabout. Only one small issue: when we checked-in as a same sex couple, the staff pointed out there was a mistake, it was a room with a double bed. Although i know they were just trying to be helpful it would have been better to wait to see if it was a mistake rather than cause any embarrassment. Other than that staff and hotel great and very helpful.
