The staff where always friendly and helpful.Towels changed regularly.Excellent choices of food and drink for breakfast. Excellent room. Felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. We noticed on the front door that the hotel was in the michelin guide for 2010 which we believed it deserved.The metro (Entre Campos station not Campo Grande station as you would think that is the next stop)was right across the road which takes you to anywhere in Lisbon you want to go.The Hotel is very close to the airport,we caught the Aero shuttle bus at the airport which took us very close to NH Campo Grande hotel, just a short walk back and cross the street at the roundabout. Only one small issue: when we checked-in as a same sex couple, the staff pointed out there was a mistake, it was a room with a double bed. Although i know they were just trying to be helpful it would have been better to wait to see if it was a mistake rather than cause any embarrassment. Other than that staff and hotel great and very helpful.

Under flight path for planes about to land at Lisbon.. Room good but poor lighting, noisy ventilation vent..my pet hate, no complimenty water,had to buy from minibar. And the oddest thing.. Watered down fruit juice at breakfast!, I tried them all, even the tomato juice was watered down.. Theres plenty of hotels in Lisbon for this price.. I would chose this one again

The Quality Hotel offered fair value for money. Clearly it is in need of renovation and the furniture has seen better days, but the rooms are large and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. Not easy to find if you are driving. I would choose this hotel again if I need to stay in Lisbon.

a very good 3/4 star hotel,not near a lot of attraction i.e within walking distance.breakfast goodand plentiful...staff ever so friendly and full of advice as to where to go. pls visit the fiesta ..acouple of minutes from the hotel,good food and plenty of rides for children an dadults alike.////free internet use for hotel guests.....
