Recently flew out of Lisbon on an early flight and this hotel was in the perfect location, despite the horrible industrial surrounding area. However, the check process was very poor, this first room was a twin not a double as reserved, the second room the key didn't work. The staff were unhelpful and unapologetic for their mistakes. If this had been anything other than a stopover before an early flight we would have definitely found somewhere else.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay at near the airport in Lisbon, I'd recommend this one. When we checked in the woman at the front desk was very nice and gave us free Internet access in both rooms, even though only one room was booked using their rewards program. We also got a free food basket in the morning when we checked out. There isn't much to do in the area, but there is a family run restaurant within walking distance. My room was clean and quiet, but my brother's room had lots of traffic noise, so ask about that when checking in. They charge 5 Euros for a shared ride to the airport, which only takes about five minutes so it is worth it.

Like others on TA we had terrible trouble getting to the place in spaghetti of industrial roads nr the airport, which as was said the website directions do not refer to. However the breakfast buffet was yummy incl. pasteis de nata etc, a good intro to the large array of sobremesa type stuff on offer later in our hols!! We were given a freebie internet voucher but as was said only 1 computer but it was available as presumably most Biz guests are using wifi in their rooms.

The hotel looks and feels new. The service was excellent and the price was very fair. A great restaurant down the street for lunch and dinner. A bar in the hotel for drinks including port. You have to pay for the shuttle but we will definately stay there again.
