3 of us stayed here, one with a bedroom to herself but we had to go through her room to use the bathroom. The price you pay! Clean and modern apartment with all amenities but lots of street noise.

Very comfortable and spacious lodging with good modcons in an older part of Lisbon. Although they are off-site, the management has been very responsive to a change in our plans and are readily accessible by telephone and e-mail. Although Santos is not an "up-scale" neighborhood, there are plenty of good places to eat, and every Lisboan has been helpful. We don't usually use public transit in cities that are new to us, but in this case, public transit is so accessible and plentiful that it is a pleasure. For wonderfully prepared Indian cooking, try Restaurant Lumbini on R. de Esperanca, 500 meters from the apartment building.

Well located apartment, within easy reach of Barrio Alto, Chaido and Baixa. This apartment was extremely clean and modernly decorated, while still retaining the charming period features of original doors and balconies.

The apartment was well equipped, with what could be described more a full kitchen/diner/lounge rather than a kitchenette. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and made full use of the kitchen, it was really great to be able to cook properly while away.

It's well placed for transport with buses, tram 25, underground, overground and elevador Bica all within 10 minute walk. It's around 20 minutes walk into Baixa (on the flat!) which is great as Lisbon is extremely hilly. Barrio Alto is very near, but best to take the bus or elevador as a very steep hill stands between you and all the bars/restaurants!

The area was a bit run down, but then so is a lot of Lisbon, there were a couple of quiet bars and shops nearby but otherwise it was a quiet area close to town.

There are no staff on site and if you have any problems the only way to contact them is using you own phone, which resulted in an expensive phone call for me when our fridge/freezer wasn't working. Also no-one availible to ask for things like extra toilet rolls/towels etc. I also imagine the trams might keep you awake on a lower floor.

All in all a nice stay in a modern, spacious apartment

I recently booked accommodation with feel good apartment for my planned upcoming trip to Lisbon. The customer service I have received from the hotel even before traveling is unacceptable!!

I booked the hotel on a Friday night at 8pm, and while reviewing my booking with my husband noticed the dates I booked were not the right ones, and we not be travelling to Lisbon after all. The website says 30% deposit required at booking. (Understandable) However, I emailed the hotel within 1 hour of booking to inform them of our travel cancellation requirements. The hotel took 3 days to return my email, at which they told me too bad, be more careful booking next time!!! HONESTLY!! they made 50 Euros off me for NOTHING!!! my requested travel dates are in September 2011, and I asked to cancel an hour after reserving! I think this is unbelievable that they wouldn't refund my deposit after only an hour. I do understand policy, and would be ok with this had a requested to cancel closer to my travel dates. But 5 months away, I am sure the Feel good hotel can replace my reservation in that time. I don't think I have cause they much hassle but not arriving!!! they so not care about their customers, or accomading potential customers.

I had intentions of re-booking when we decided on our travel dates, however after the bad attitude of the rep replying to email. I will never book this hotel again, nor will I recommend this to my travel groups.
