I sayed in the hotel for several days (more for business matters). Staff is very nice, ready to help to arrange necessary information, etc. Rooms are clean and good cofemachines. Breakfast is absolutely great!!!!! And also location is extreamely convenient - only 100 meters from the aerobus stop. And near 150 meters to the Cathedral and St.Anthony's church.

Terrific place to have as a home base. Easy access to public transport options and walkable to many major sites. There are a couple of little food markets nearby that are open late and provided a good place to grab an affordable snack.The room was a reasonable size for a European hotel. I am very picky when it comes to having a clean place to sleep and this hotel met my standards. Highly recommend for location and cleanliness.

We had a great 3 day stay at the Vincci Baixa - good location, very helpful staff, super breakfast!
The only negative was the small room & poor layout of the room - nowhere to put your suitcase etc. Some rooms have a slightly better layout but they are all small.

As stated in previous reviews, this hotel offers great service (I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one FOC at reception) and good facilities and the location is excellent since it's walking distance to the main plazas and also to the seafront. Bathroom is excellent.

However the rooms were small, our bed was on its last legs, and there are LOTS of mirrors which may not be to everyone's taste.
