We payed a reasonable price, but I am very disappointed about some things: check out is automatic so if you arrive 20 min before 2 pm you can't get in, even if the room is ready. cleaning: toilet was not cleaned well (toilet floor with dust). -forniture: At apt 11 you get in and you are welcomed by a huge pic of New York time square (I'm in Lisbon..does it make any sense? At least buy one of Plaça do Commercio, XXV april bridge or whatever pleases you...but not new york!).
Service: I was sick 3 days before arrival: Called them to check if it was possible to cancel my stay by being charged just the first night. No flexibility. I was supposed to be charge the whole stay (even if in high season you can easily sell a room last minute).
I won't return.
In Lisbon on monday all the museum are closed, what a pity. Town, anyway, is amazing...one of my favourites.

Nice little apartments, modern and clean. Good if you don't need all the regular hotel services (no front desk). A good 15-20 minute walk to Bairro Alto. We did not find many restaurants in the area. A bit noisy, we could hear people going up and down the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Feel Good Apartments Santos! Everything was new (opened just about two months ago) and tidy and the apartments were very well equipped. Furnishings were nice and modern including extremely comfortable beds. Yay! :)

The location was just perfect. The Santos district has local residents, narrow alleys, lovely old houses from 16th century, nightlife, restaurants and design boutiques. Bairro Alto is within walking distance. At FGA Santos you can sleep in peace, because the little street in front of the apartments is very quiet. We couldn't hear any noise during the nights!

As the only negative thing I could mention that if you are planning to stay for a long time like for a week or two, you should probably consider booking an apartment that is not on ground floor but upper. The duplex on ground floor had only small windows and therefore it was a bit dark there. We stayed only for four nights so this wasn't a problem.

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling to Lisbon. Ten points!
