“the best for price-quality!”

Small hotel near the center of Lisbon. Very clean, and we pay only 30 euros/night (prepaid booking in -------------) for a doble room with bathrom.
They give you towels and shampoo and you can decide if you want to have breakfast there or not (we had it outside so I don't know the price). The rooms are nice and new and the recepionist was simply one of the kindest I've ever met! the metro station is right in front of the hotel and the 28 tram stop is very near. it'ss 20-minutes-walking from the center.
Highly reccommended!!!!!

“perfect for us”

We visited Lisbon for the first time and wanted to explore the city. This was perfect. A ten minute walk down to Rossio, Baixa and Bairro Alto or a five minute metro ride from right outside.

The staff were helpful and the room was spotless.

If you're on a bit of a budget (or even if you're not actually), this is ideal as a base.

“great stay - highly recommended”

We stayed there from december 13th to december 18th. The room was comfortable, the bathroom spacious. It was moreover very clean.
The receptionist was always kind and helpful. The staff really do their best for you to enjoy your stay in Lisbon.
As it has already been said, it's 3-4 subway stops from the center, but the subway is right in front of the door (it's not an image!). ANd you can also enjoy a 15-20 minutes walk in a bit less touristic areas of Lisbon

“Great weekend stay”

We stayed at the Sete Colinas in October over 3 nights. We found the hotel on TripAdvisor and were impressed by the prices and the facilities on offer. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, the location was within easy reach of all the main sights in Lisbon as the walk was only 10-15 mins and the metro station was literally outside the front door. The room was very nice and always clean. The breakfast had a wide selection and there was always plenty whether you arrived at the start or the end. The staff when asked were very knowledgeable and helpful as well as being polite. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Sete Colinas and would stay there again if we returned to Lisbon!

Room Tip: We stayed in a superior deluxe room which was very spacious and comfortable. Our room was on the top...

“Great location and price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 October 2011

Took a bit of a gamble and just booked this hotel via a good deal with lastminute.com I generally spend ages researching areas, hotels, prices etc but as this was a semi spur of the moment decision following great prices on flights with easyjet I didn't have time to look into stuff as much.

It was a gamble that paid off - although a little out of the centre it an easy 10 min walk or if you want to rest your feet the hotel is literally on top of a tube/metro station.

Room was compact but spotlessly clean, with everything you need, a good size bathroom and a balcony. There was a good spread for breakfast, with plenty of choice and some very good chocolate cake. Easily kept us going until 2-3pm before we wanted lunch.

The reception staff were really helpful and answered our numerous questions on how to get to places and all in excellent English. The metro system was quick and efficient, if you intend to use it I'd suggest getting a travel card, cost is 4euros 60 and is valid for a 24 hour period - includes all trams, buses and the elevators/lifts.

All in all a very enjoyable trip.
