A clean and comfortable hotel with good amenities and facilities that's a short walk away from the church/basilica complex entrance. The staffs were helpful and friendly and, as the hotel had another property a few hotels away, the staffs at the sister-hotel was able to deliver meals from their hotel to ours.
The only complaint we had was an unknown insect that snuck into our room. We didn't know how since the room & restrooms were spotless but the front desk told us that our description of the dead insect (we killed it) sounded like a "centipede" type insect that lived in the the grounds of Fatima.
Overall, the stay here was pleasant and the hotel is situated in a more "upmarket" area of the town so the street was quiet and there were less tourists roaming the streets in front of the hotel. Although there are some stores located beside the hotel, the town is livelier in the area around the other entrance to the church/basilica complex (where some wax museums are located); there are more stores and eateries at lower prices around that area. However, for an "upmarket" hotel, the price offered excellent value when paying in Euros.
FYI, you may want to contact the hotel if internet is free for the wi-fi or not as the PC provided you need to pay.
