Great location and if you get a sea view great views. Room was comfortable and spacious, including the bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. good breakfast wit all round good views.
We only paid 40 euros for a double room and a discount of 12 euros on bar account, how good is that! Nightclub noise not a problem but with the windows open the traffic noise might be obtrusive. As others have said the location is as good as it gets. Walk accross the road and down to the ocean, take a seat and admire the views with a glass of chilled wine, we did. if you want great food go to the Casino Mandarin restaurant, it was superb.

We spend one night after visiting Lisbon for a full day. The room was good, top floor..great view. Walking distance from Restaurants, Pubs and great night life at the New Estoril Casino. We had a good meal at a local eatery. Visited the Casino..not being a Casino type... it is the largest Casino in Europe...it sure was. We enjoyed the atmosphere and listen to some very good jazz at the casino lounge..very modern looking.

we chose this hotel as previous stayed at another hotel in the chain (Sesimbra) & had had an excellent time.
Again location cannot be faulted - 5 min walk to a beautiful sandy beach. We travelled in a party of 6 & you definately need to opt for a sea view room as the ones at the back do not have balconys & a poor view of the rear of the hotel. Our room was extremely large, with room for a third bed, but the other doubles were adequate, but a bit on the small side. The opluance of the downstairs lounge in not reflected in the decor of the rooms, which all could do with updating. However, they were clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Whilst acknowledge previous comments that situated on a busy road, we were not troubled by the traffic noise, just close the balcony doors & use the A/C.
Sesimbra is a strange place - have travelled to quite a few resorts near Lisbon & found this different by its lack of shops & restaurants. We were recommended an excellent restaurant on the last night by the hotel receptionist, but I doubt we would have found it by ourselves.The resort seems to rely on its proximity to Cascais. Yes you can walk (about 30 minutes) but the train station is located a couple of minutes walk from the hotel & its about 3 euro return. Cascais is more the traditional resort with loads of little restaurants to choose from.
Overall, for the price we paid (180 Euros for 3 nights B&B for a double/seaview) we were not disappointed - you get what you pay for.

We stayed here in May 2011. I am disabled and parked in the provided spot.......to my misfortune. I could not remove my car from the parking area due to bad parking by an early morning client. A staff member was also unsuccessful at extricating my car............ it was not possible.
This client was not found until evening, so I was unable to use my car all day. Staff made no suggestions to resolve my problem. My plans for the day were cancelled.
This must have happened before as the parking area is very restricted. Management MUST be aware of this problem.
Despite various attempts to speak to the manager while I was staying at the hotel, No manager appeared. I wrote after returning home and got no communication.
Lucky I was not flying out that day!
