Unbeatable location in Batalha. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar. Friendly staff.

Just to clarify, I am reviewing the restaurant at this hotel, Vintage.

The restaurant at this hotel was a fantastic place to have lunch. The outside dining patio is really nice and comfortable, and gives a great view of the cathedral.
Service was really good. They were very happy to help us.
The food was great. I had a chicken dish. The chicken was cooked well, and the sauce that came with it was tangy and sweet, further complimenting the dish. It was also wonderfully presented. I loved it.
I did not actually stay at this hotel, but I did see the lobby. It was small, but very comfortable and modern, not to mention friendly, which is something I found very appealing in Portugal. Definintely a welcome sight to travellers. I'll just say that this would be a nice place to stay if you end up in Batalha. But definitely stop by the restaurant if you're in the area. It's worth the trip.

We boked the hotel because of the position on the way from Lisboa to Porto and it has been a very nice surprise : it's brand new but with all what u need , and its position in front of the cathedral is fantastic. Reception was very good by a very nice lady , the room was modern and clean.
We had also a very good dinner served by a very kind man. Breakfast normal .
We would suggest this for a stop in the area.
Of course we strongly suggest to visit the cathedral and to check if there is any concert planned in it : we had the opportunity to listen the last 5 minutes and it wa fantastic because of the atmosphere.
