Stayed here for a few nights on business and found the hotel dated and tired. On entering the chlorine from the pool could be smelt to be replaced by the smell of drains in my bathroom. Fixture and fittings were in need of repair. The room was dark and overlooked a carpark.
The restaurant was empty and had no atmospire. Breakfast was fine and had a good selection. The satff we polite and helpful.
I would not choose to stay here again.

A vermy good hotel with a poor name. Have a great pool and spa. Delicious Breakfast. And very good location.

Was travelling from Bilbao to Lagos in the Algarve, this hotel is almost mid way between set in the Serra da Estrela mountain range in Northern Portugal. On arrival the first thing you notice is the the amount of free parking available, in reception the staff are excellent and willing to go out of their way to assist you.
Meals are buffet style, a reasonable choice and, again, the restaurant staff go out of their way to ensure you you are wanting for nothing. If you do not want the buffet there is an A La Carte option available.
This hotel is a spa hotel and as such has both indoor and outdoor pool, a spa and gym. As we were travelling we only managed one night at this wonderful hotel but wll definitely return!
