The hotel is located a bit out of town so its very tranquil. We loved the hotel's great (bontanical)garden. Were you can enjoy the nature or play tennis and take a swim in the big pool. The interior of the hotel is luxerious and charming. Good service because of the facilities. (free WIFI). We loved the atmosphere and it almost felt like a private house of our own. The rooms were nice and neat, but the beds are not like the expected comfort. Hospitable employees. To make your stay comfortable.

We have stayed at this beautiful Quinta for 3 years in a row and are planning our 4th stay this November. The lovely rooms, the beautiful gardens and the wonderful staff make it a special place that we feel compelled to return to. It is a bit of a jaunt to Angra but the taxi ride is reasonable and driver we use, Antonio, is always available on short notice. We also used Antonio on all of our tours of the island. He knows all the best restaurants and when they are open. The waffles made by Bernardina are fantastic and Esmeralda has been a great help with flight confirmations etc. Only breakfast is served but there are excellant restaurants in Angra. All in all, a special place!

We stayed here 3 nights last summer and loved it. It is a beautiful property only 3 km from Angro do Heroismo. Great swimming pool, free internet, nice, comfortable rooms with great views of the mountains, sea, and / or gardens. Many with small balconies. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Lots of parking space. Beautiful antiques inside the property. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.
