Wonderful view in all rooms!. Very nice swimming pool. Hotel location is outside town, but you can walk 10-15 minutes. Basic services; a 4* hotel should provide free wifi but it doesn’t; it’s paid and very expensive. A little bit “old fashion” but stylish! I agree with a previous review regarding breakfast juices; very poor quality!! A shame for a 4* hotel! Clean, nice and friendly staff.

My wife and i stayed in two deferent hotels while honeymooning in Terceira. The first hotel was everything a four start hotel should be (Priai Marina). Terceira Mar Hotel is not a hotel to stay at if you plan to just kick back and relax by the pool. The hotel grounds are dominated by locals that have memberships for the gym located in the hotel. This was a BIG issue when it came to enjoying the best feature that this hotel offers it's guests the pool erea. Gym memberships allow for it's members to use all the facilities available at the hotel (pool,spa,gym). This is a MAJOR problem when it comes to security. For a hotel that claims to be a four star hotel it does not offer it's guests free internet service.

A hotel aimed at tourist groups on a lovely bay just away from the city.
Pretty good but rooms airless and not really in keeping with the character of
this wonderful town.

Stayed as part of an island hopping tour. Bedroom was well appointed, comfortable and clean and all have a pool and sea view. Dining room was spacious with same sea/pool view. Buffet breakfast and dinner were alright but choice wasn't very large and none of the plates were warm (there was no facility to heat them). The food tended to be "warm to cool" so cold plates didn't help. There is an indoor pool as well and we were advised that bathing caps were needed (4euro each). Didn't investigate further.
