Booked over website from Atalaiasol in july. Family with kids stays 10 days.
The hotel is located in a very quiet and lovely countryside a few walking minutes from the cliffs of Atalaia between the nice beaches from Porto de mos and Praia de luz. The hotel was ideal for us because direct access to the garden and pool with Jacuzzi and bbq. We used a couple of times the shuttle bus to the hotel owned beach bar Bahia at Meia praia beach. For hotel guests we got discount on food and free sunshades. The apartments are complete with kitchen and everything what you need in holidays. Free Wi-Fi and tennis. We were very happy at Atalaiasol with the service and all facilities especially with the beach bar. Atalaiasol is a bit out of Lagos (Google maps helps) but therefor in a nice countryside and carry close to a golf club. The best beaches are in a range of 1 to 2 km.

A great hotel with a wonderful garden, clean swimming pool, lounge corner, jaccuzi, sunbeds and great service! The owners and their staff are very kind and helpfull people. They immediately act when you have a suggestion or question. The room is fine, we did'nt use the kitchen in the room, we had dinner twice in Bahia Beach in Lagos, with live music on Sundaynight, it was very nice!

The apartment is very beautifully situated in a calm and restful environment. It´s very clean and the apartments are spacious. The pool and jacuzzi are nice!
The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They also gave us some good tips for things to do.

We were overwhelmed by the vast choice of accommodation. We liked the look of Atalaia Sol and took a gamble. We were extremely pleased with the appearance, cleanliness and fantastic service. The extra bonus was their association with Bahia Beach Bar where a meal can be enjoyed with live music. We spent most of our holiday between both locations, a definite tourist value to Lagos and Portugal. We shall return.
