Stunning location v quiet, beautiful beach on ur door step. Great food esp at the beach bar. 10 min walk to town if u dont want to walk theres a novelty train/tram for approx 2 euros.great to relax, staf v nice, rooms clean free air con, maids clean every day, def will be goin back perfect :))) went the end of september was still v hot but nice breeze

We spent 6 nights in the hotel. Great location. 20 mins walk to the city centre,2 mins to Dona Ana beach,2 mins to the bus stop(if you dont feel like walking),plenty of parking space,very quiet area.Room very basic,we have no view whatsoever,only a wall in front of us,clean bathroom,comfy bed.No fridge in the room is the biggest issue. Also,you can hear everything through the walls,but in general, we did like it. Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast very basic,but tasty(very poor coffee!). Will recomend it as budget accomodation and defo will go back!

I booked this hotel via EasyJet. I chose this hotel because of location and good offer.
We arrived during the night after 8 hour long trip and we got room on the 1st floor which I found suspicious because I booked a room with a seaside view. When we got into the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was narrow, uncomfortable and poorly equipped. When I went to the terrace, instead of ocean view there was a wall in front of me. After experiencing all this I went back straight away to the receptionist and told about all of our problems. I told that I paid for a seaside view and that I've been charged extra for that. Receptionist just told that he can't help me, that I have to come and speak tomorrow if any rooms are available.
Next day I came to sort this out but receptionist told me that all rooms are full that they can't change and tried to assure me that I booked standard room ( without ocean view). Also when we went for a breakfast it was quite poor. Just 2 types of bread, 1 type of cheese and ham and some cereal, orange juice.
We didn't want to stay in that hotel any more so we decided to cancel our stay and move out. When I went to do that there was a supervisor and she was surprised. She asked if something was wrong. So I told all the story again and she said that there was indeed this promotional deal with a ocean view, but unfortunately they did not have of these rooms available at the moment, so she said there is nothing she could do about it.

In general:
I PAID FOR ROOM WITH EXTRAS BUT GOT STANDARD ROOM WITH BAD CONDITIONS FOR THE SAME PRICE JUST BECAUSE OF EASY JET AND HOTEL'S BAD COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE.

The Hotel is well situated close to the beach. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and air conditioned. Maids clean the rooms each day and supply fresh towels.
On the negative side, we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable, making a good nights sleep difficult, also no tea or coffee making facilities which being a coffee lover i found to be a bit annoying.
Breakfast on the roof terrace was also very basic. Bread rolls with choices of ham and cheese. Also croissants. and choice of two cereals. By the end of the week i was sick of ham and cheese.
Overall this is a well kept basic beach hotel and we had a great time here, but next time i would bring a travel kettle.
