Large,clean,at the marina,near the train station,10minute walk into old town,10minutes from the beach.Appartment was large,and airy,shame I was placed in a room facing the carpark/bus depot,considering it was so empty,as it was way out of peak season,a pool/marina view would be great.
There was a very nice receptionist on checkout,shame I didnt get him on check in instead of the girl,oh well,I highly recommend this place.

Having only booked this a week before we travelled 9th October (and taking on board the mixed reviews) we were very impressed with the hotel, location, weather and will definately be returning (very soon) !
Airport to hotel - 40mins in hire car.
Hotel - perfect location, superior room overlooking the pool, spotless and very modern. Underground secure car parking.
Staff - friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.
Gardens and pool - well kept and pool cleaned every morning.
Breakfast - well presented and plentiful.
Restaurant (as we were half board) menu varied and couldnt fault the food, good quality, presented beautifully and taste 10 out of 10.
Location - 10min walk to beach, 5 min into Lagos Town.
Area - explored the coastline, beaches and villages in land - found some lovely areas of interest.
Obviously we visited in low season so the hotel and the general area was quieter and didnt find expensive at all - about the same as UK for prices (food/drink etc).

Grabbed an October deal here and it was brilliant. Just me and my girlfriend and going at that time of year, the hotel was pretty empty so easy to get a sunbed etc AND we got a free room upgrade! Right on the marina with its nice bars and resteraunts and only a short walk to town or the local supermarket OR a fantastic beech. We had a room with a fantastic balcony view overlooking the pool and the marina. The staff were really nice and looked after us, even getting us food after serving hours, even iff it was hust sandwiches. Finest steak and white chocholate cheesecake ever from the resteraunt around the corner from the rear entrance on the marina. Wish I was back there this morning throwing bread in the marina, feeding the fish and feeling the hot sun on my face. Aaaaahhhh :)

The pool and surroundings were great and there was plenty of room for all. There was a good mix of people in the hotel, from families, couples, singles and groups; of all ages and a good mix of nationalities. So everyone can feel relaxed here.
Staff all fine, but Antonio on the reception was especially helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. He always give that bit extra information that made the stay better.
We stayed in room 105, which was airy, bright and to expectations. The balcony was great as it had sun from morning through to the afternoon and you can watch the comings and goings into the marina.
The only negatives were, the attention to detail of the cleaners was poor, I had to go and get towels and toilet roll as they had forgotten to replace on various days.
The sun beds and towels at the pool are really uncomfortable, poor quality.
All in all and good hotel and I would stay there again.
