Paradise! Had 4 nights from 30th November low season but staff could not do enough! Studio was fab, large very clean really really pleased with pools and sun terrace had view over the sea. Breakfast was perfect, large and very tasty.
Spa was the best bit knowledgable manager, extremely professional and knew her stuff as did the well managed team of therapists!! Thank you for a lovely break we will return.Clare and Etienne x

Just come back from a 3 night break. Had a really relaxing enjoyable time, can not fault the place. Staff were very helpful and facilities were fantastic and of high standard. Location to the beach is perfect, just a minutes walk away. Would recommend car hire as Lagos town is not really walking distance although a taxi costs approx 5 euro’s. Would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.

We stayed at Belmar the first week of September and had the most wonderful time. We took our 2 children (5 and 3) and were amazed at what a relaxing week we had. The resort is immaculate and literally minutes from the beach. We had a 2 bed apartment which was fitted with all the mod cons. I can't praise the restaurant enough - the service and quality of food was amazing and they really made the children feel welcome.
We were content staying local and relaxing around the pool/beach but I would recommend hiring a car if you want to go further afield. Saying that only €5 in a taxi to Lagos town centre.

Our family stayed at Belmar (kids are 12,10 and 8). What is amazing are the views of the ocean and how close the beach is! The apartments are huge and have all mod cons like cable tv, wi-fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. It is on the beach yet close to Lagos. We hired a car and really appreciated the underground car park which meant the car was always cool for the kids. With Zoomarine and Slide and Splash (about 45 minutes away) the kids had a wonderful holiday. The pools at the resort are a good size and depth (with a separate kids' pool), jacuzzi and sauna. There are also spa and gym facilities which we didn't get to use (next time!). There is an Inter Marche supermarket nearby which allowed us to stock up on breakfast cereals etc. at prices much cheaper than at home. Staff are extremely friendly with 24 hour security a reassuring presence. We couldn't recommend Belmar highly enough.
