Good rooms, food not bad and a good atmosphere. We stayed in August 2011, and the pool itself was only cleaned once in 11 days! There was one handyman who did everything himself, two of our party got ear infections, the water was so cloudy.

But the place overall was pretty good!

stayed here in dec 9,10,11 for girlie weekend weather not great apartment very clean but soundproofing rubbish if you after a quiet nights sleep food good but bar service pants and plastic cups yuck snacks very poor staff very good entertainment rubbish pool was closed but no signs up and this is not made clear by hotel when holiday booked pool green with algae and very grim and veryyyy cold only told it was closed by receptionist surrounding area very shabby locals not very friendly most shops bars closed beach dirty and dangerous to access via steps expensive and tacky shops in albufira vilamoura mostly closed locals very standoffish easyjet flight great but rest of hols was pants would not go back !!!!!!!!!

We stayed at the Clube Humbria from 22nd december 2011 to 5th january 2012. The appartments were fantastic, large, spacious and clean. We stayed in block C facing away from the hotel and it was great, had slight sea views and had the sun on the balcony all day. Swimming pool was a disappointment as it wasn't filled up properly and wasn't cleaned out, but luckily the beach wasn't far away so we just went swimming down there. Food was good, quality lacked towards the end of our stay and the choice were limited. Entertainment was reasonable, there were 3 good shows over the 2 weeks we stayed. Overall it's a clean hotel, friendly staff, fantastic rooms,but the swimming pool and lack of entertainment let it down. If we went again we would go self-catering.

Have just returned from 2 weeks all inclusive. Oh dear..Went with friends to celebrate their anniversary and the New Year. Don't know what the facilities are like in season, but out of season they are non existent. The food was basic with the same things trotted out day after day. The staff were reasonably friendly (with one or two exceptions). On New years Eve there were supposedly 400 guests but the meal was the same old thing and there was only one Barman working in the lounge. Thankfully the weather was fantastic (pool half empty and dirty so couldn't use that), and we had hired a car so could get out. If you are tempted to try this 4 *? hotel in the winter I hope you don't have high expectations. We had a nice relaxing time but it could have been so much better If the hotel had put in just a little more effort with the food.
