we have just returned from a week at the holiday village and would struggle to fault any aspect of our experience. It was the first holiday we have had abroad with our two year old and not the sort of holiday we would usually opt for, but had a fantastic time in a resort that really does cater for all ages.
The room we had was a good size and cleaned to a satisfactory level daily by pleasant maids. The food was not as good as we have had on previous holidays but was still of a reasonable standard and some dishes varied daily.
The first choice staff were on hand all of the time and were very friendly and helpful whenever encountered- front of house and entertainment staff alike. The facilites and activities for children of all ages was plentiful and of good standard and variety. We do not partake in using creche facilities with such a small child but did venture in for a nose and discovered yet again very friendly staff with plenty of activities for a minimal fee.
The pools were all very cold as they are not heated but if this is going to spoil your fun on holiday you need a slap quite frankly! There are plently of full size pools and two paddling pools, aswell as a variety of slides and a water feature park.
Evening entertainment was something we didnt experience fully with our son sticking roughly to his usual bedtimes but from what we can gather off other guests there was plenty of it and yet again- great fun/variety etc.
all in all we would definately recommend this place and may visit another Holiday Village next year whilst the boy is still to young to join us on our traditional travels/adventures.
